Pew Research has found that about nine percent of all adult mobile phone users in the U.S. have downloaded an app during 2010 that “helped them track or manage their health.” In its most recent survey in August 2011 Pew found that about 11 percent of all adult cell phone users having downloaded an app that helps them manage their health, representing a two percent increase in that time period. Morgan Stanley estimates that the smart grid market will grow 100 percent in the next five years and 400 percent over the next 20 years, making smart-grid technology a $100+ billion market by 2030. Read Original Content
