What Leadership Becomes When Intelligence Is Everywhere

Available on Amazon
For most of human history, intelligence was scarce. Leaders mattered because they knew more or could decide better. That world is ending. Artificial intelligence is making powerful forms of intelligence cheap, fast, and everywhere. That raises a much bigger question than productivity or management. When intelligence is everywhere, what are humans for?

If machines can analyze, predict, recommend, create, and even act, then what becomes valuable is not simply having answers. It’s something else. Judgment, responsibility, ethics, trust, imagination, purpose, the ability to decide not just what can be done, but what should be done.

That’s the territory of my new book, The Future of Human Leadership: When Intelligence Is Everywhere. This is not a book about becoming a better manager. It’s about what we must choose to become, as humans, when our machines become extraordinarily capable.
